What is a MESH Network?
AirTies Mesh Network, is a technology that resolves the weak and lost signal problems in multi-story concrete buildings and provides high performance wireless communications. With AirTies wireless routers, you can access the internet anywhere and also expand your wireless coverage area as much as you wish. AirTies Mesh Network consists of a wireless ADSL gateway and one or more access point devices (such as AirTies AP-300, AP-301, AP-400, WOB-200) connected to it wirelessly. The access points function as repeaters and communicate with each other via a special protocol that maintains the signal strength over long distances and through barriers such as concrete walls. Wireless devices connect to the access point that is closest to them. This way, the AirTies wireless devices resolve the wireless signal strength problems (due to barriers, walls or long distances) that may affect internet access and wireless communications.
