In his new position, Jim will be responsible for building the company’s sales and market share. Following positions at Advanced Digital Broadcast and Grundig, where he took on the position of Sales and Marketing Director EMEA, he managed the smooth integration of the Grundig division into the Global Thomson organisation. Jim was also a key player in the UK launch of Digital Terrestrial Television, helping to secure a 50% market share for two years whilst working alongside the major retail chains. As part of the Executive Management Team at Advanced Digital Broadcast, Jim was also directly involved in developing and implementing the future strategy of the business, and restructuring the Sales and Marketing organisation in his role as Executive VP, Worldwide Sales and Marketing.
